Health Resources

Blue Cross Complete helps members stay healthy with programs and publications.

Our health resources and programs help our members stay healthy, get better and improve their quality of life. Our programs are based on a partnership with our members, doctors and other providers.

To access these resources and programs, call our outreach team at 1-888-288-1722 from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Your primary care physician is your health care partner and will work with you to manage your care. If you haven't seen your doctor in the past year, please make an appointment.

Protect against cold and flu season

According to the CDC, getting a flu shot can reduce your risk by 50 to 60 percent. Getting a flu shot is easy, and with your benefits, it's free. You can get one from your local pharmacy, health department or doctor’s office to protect your health this flu season.

For Flint residents
